Madden 2006 for Xbox has all the same features that have made the Madden NFL football series the best selling football video game franchise in the industry, in addition to some new and exciting features that will keep you playing for hours at a time.

Some of the newer features found on Madden 2006 for Xbox include:

  • Enhanced Broadcasting Presentation: You’ll obviously get the usual color commentary from legendary coach and football broadcaster John Madden, along with various other broadcasting additions such as new camera angles for replays, highly improved graphic and audio capabilities, and new cutscenes designed to give Madden 2006 a real NFL feel.
  • QB Vision Control & Precision Placement: Madden 2006 is all about the quarterback. The vision control settings help you take a deeper look downfield for that open receiver, and the precision placement settings helps you to control your receivers so as to move them into a position where your quarterback can get them the ball.
  • NFL Superstar Mode: The newest create-a-player feature allows you to choose 1 of 60 player personas whom you will guide to stardom by selecting an agent and deciding whether to be the guy who gives 150% or the guy who holds out for more money.
  • Truck Stick Control: The truck stick control settings found on Madden 2006 for Xbox gives your defense a great deal more control in terms of making big tackles that lead to fumbles and other positive results.
