Install NetMeeting on Your Computer
Find out how to install NetMeeting on your operating system.
For Windows
Windows 95, 98, Me and NT: NetMeeting can be downloaded on these operating systems as long as you have the appropriate system and hardware requirements.
Windows 2000: NetMeeting version 3 is already installed on your computer! To use NetMeeting 3 on Windows 2000, click the Start button, go to Programs, then Accessories, then Communications and finally click on NetMeeting.
Windows XP: NetMeeting is already installed on your computer! To find your version of NetMeeting, click the Start button, select Run, then type in "conf.exe" and click OK to start it.
Go to Microsoft's Download Page for System Requirements and Instructions to Download NetMeeting.
For Mac
OS X: Mac OS X users can use NetMeeting with free software available at http://xmeeting.sourceforge.net. If you download the latest version of ohphoneX, you'll be able to use NetMeeting with other NetMeeting users.
For users who are a bit more IT savvy (such as Linux/UNIX users), you can find the OS X port of GnomeMeeting (which does almost the same thing), also available from SourceForge.net.
For Linux
Linux operating systems can run the NetMeeting program, but it does take a more advanced user to get the programs to interoperate.
