Once you have created a profile on the site, you are allowed to upload as many videos as you want.  There are no space restrictions.  The only recommendation they do have is that each video is 200 MB or less.  If you have a video that exceeds 200 MB, it’s possible to contact the webmaster and they will help allocate more space for your video.

Also, the speed at which your videos upload is going to depend on your Internet connection speed.  Having a broadband Internet connection will allow for faster uploads and downloads.
