Check out Charter’s Newsletter, Charter Connect!

Do you already subscribe to Charter’s Internet services? Or perhaps you’re seriously thinking about subscribing? Then you’ll want to look into Charter Connect, which is Charter’s newsletter that’s available every month to subscribers.  

Although each issue will contain new and interesting information, it will usually be divided into sections that will include Featured Articles, Programming Highlights, Customer Service and a Survey section. Besides these main sections, each issue will also contain additional information on topics like Internet security or online gaming, for example. You can browse through past issues of Charter Connect yourself on the Charter Web site. Recent issues have included information about Charter Business services, Charter’s Digital Packaging, and interesting information about Charter’s upcoming programming! 

Programming Highlights

The programming highlights section of each newsletter will help you stay informed about the shows and programs you should try to watch. You’ll be able to find out in advance about programs your kids might enjoy as well as movies you’ve been meaning to rent for ages but have never quite gotten around to it. With the large number of shows available, Highlights helps make your programming decisions faster and easier.

Are you interested in upgrading your services? Or maybe you have a support or technical question? Charter subscribers can use Charter Chat to do both! Charter Chat puts Charter subscribers in touch with a representative online who can quickly answer any and all questions. This is a lot easier than long waits on the phone! 

Survey Section

Each month, Charter will pose one or more survey questions to its subscribers to help plan future newsletters as well as to help plan for future promotions. For example, Charter asked one month if its fans were fans of online shopping. Another month, the newsletter asked subscribers to provide opinions about online gaming.  

Charter Connect also provides its readers with important information about topics that can affect their computers’ "health," such as Internet security threats. Readers can learn how to prevent computer viruses from infecting their computers as well as what to do once a computer has been infected. Other important topics that might be discussed include identity thefts and troubleshooting question and answer sections.
