• 911 Emergency Calling Service:  Customers provide their address so that 911 services are informed and have the appropriate information on file.  In the event of an emergency, if a call is made from that location, the call is automatically routed through a public safety answering point and services are provided to the already-known location. 
  
  
• Call Block:  Qwest provides you with the opportunity to choose your own call block settings, so that outgoing calls requiring charges (such as International calls and 900 calls) cannot be made.  Additionally, you can choose to block certain incoming numbers from reaching your line.
