Cox Communications has announced it will launch Fox Business Network (FBN) nationwide at the first of the year. Beginning January 1, the cable company will offer FBN programming to more than two million Cox Communication digital subscribers in key markets.
Cox Communications to Carry Fox Business Network in Key Markets Across U.S.
Tim Carry, Fox Business Network's senior vice president of affiliate relations, said, "We're thrilled to team up with Cox Communications and broaden our distribution to key markets across the country."
The new Cox Communications deal will increase Fox Business Network's total distribution to 45 million homes, making the network available in major markets across the country, including: Phoenix; San Diego; Hartford, CT; Las Vegas; Providence, RI; New Orleans; Roanoke, VA; Mobile, GA; Pensacola, FL; Omaha, NE; Norfolk/Hampton Roads, VA; Oklahoma City; Wichita, KS; and Santa Barbara, CA.
Cox Offers Multi-Service Broadband Communications and Entertainment
Cox Communications is the third largest cable television company in the U.S. and offers its customers a multi-service broadband communications and entertainment package. FBN will be available to Cox customers on their digital cable sport and information tier.

Fox Business Network (FBN) is a financial news channel delivering real-time information across all platforms that impact both Main Street and Wall Street. Headquartered in New York, FBN launched in October 2007 and is available in 45 million homes in major markets across the United States.
