Qwest Offers High-Speed Internet Deals for the Holidays

This holiday season Qwest will be offering its customers special deals for high-speed Internet products. New customers have a choice of high-speed Internet plans for about half the regular cost for a year of service, while existing customers who upgrade their service can receive two months free.

"Having a fast, reliable broadband connection has become more important than ever, which is why Qwest is building on the value it already brings to the consumer," said Dan Yost, executive vice president of mass markets at Qwest. "Qwest high-speed Internet can keep people connected with distant friends and family, and even allows them to save time and money by managing aspects of their lives online - from shopping to paying bills to telecommuting."

Qwest Holiday Deals Offer High-Speed Internet with Speeds up to 7 Mbps

For new customers, Qwest is offering Qwest Connect Silver high-speed Internet service with connection speeds up to 1.5 Mbps for only $14.99 a month for a year (regularly priced at $39.99 a month) and Qwest Connect Platinum high-speed Internet service with connection speeds up to 7 Mbps for $24.99 a month for a year (regularly priced at $49.99 a month).

Existing Qwest high-speed Internet customers also can save big this season by upgrading their high-speed Internet service to Qwest Connect Platinum, Titanium, or Quantum service. With a two-year commitment, they will receive two months free.

Qwest Bundles Offer Additional Holiday Values

In addition to the money-saving options on high-speed Internet, Qwest now offers new values including the option to add Verizon Wireless to the Qwest Bundle to save money as well as time by receiving just one monthly bill. Customers who bundle all of their services - including Qwest high-speed Internet, DIRECTV service, Verizon Wireless, a Qwest home phone package and unlimited nationwide long distance - can save more than $25 a month, or more than $300 each year.
