Time Warner Cable (TWC) has been awarded the “Best Video on Demand Special Program Award” by CableFAX Magazine for TWC’S Carolina on Demand: High School Sports. Time Warner garnered the national award for its coverage of weekly, all-star, and statewide championship level games in North Carolina and its year-round efforts to cover and produce extensive coverage of North Carolina High School Athletic Association games and other prep sports events on Carolina on Demand.

It is available to Time Warner Cable digital subscribers in the Charlotte, Raleigh/Durham/Fayetteville, Greensboro/Winston-Salem/High Point, Wilmington/Newport television markets and in areas served by TWC in South Carolina. Time Warner Cable’s free video on demand technology allows viewers to watch “On Demand” programming at any time by using their remote control to select, view, pause, and rewind the digitized content.
