AT&T U-verse Launches in Oklahoma City

June 16, 2008

AT&T has announced the launch of AT&T U-verse Voice to all new and existing U-verse TV customers in the Oklahoma City area. The next-generation digital voice service is delivered over the AT&T U-verse Internet Protocol (IP) network and completes the company's IP triple play.

"AT&T U-verse Voice is one way we're making all of our AT&T services work together for our customers," said Ryan Stafford, general manager, AT&T Oklahoma and Arkansas. "Just like U-verse TV has changed the way people watch television,
U-verse Voice will change the way people use their home phone."

Features of AT&T U-verse Voice Service

The U-verse Central online management portal provides the option to manage call preferences, voice mail, contacts, and call history from any PC and to control call preferences from the customer's home phone including such features as: an online voice mailbox that checks, manages, and forwards voice mail from the online portal, much like an e-mail inbox; call history viewing on the customer's AT&T U-verse TV screen; click to call which initiates a call from a home phone to any number using a mouse or the U-verse TV remote control; online address book, simultaneous ringing on up to four wireless or landline numbers, call screening, call blocking, do not disturb, and privacy settings.

All U-verse Voice customers will also have 911 service. Enhanced 911 (E911) service will be provided subject to availability via the local 911 network.

U-verse TV Customers Choose from Two U-verse Voice Calling Plans

U-verse Voice Unlimited includes unlimited local and nationwide minutes to any location in the U.S., Canada, or U.S. territories for $40 a month. U-verse Voice 1000 includes 1,000 Call Anywhere minutes to any location in the U.S. or U.S. territories for $30 a month.
