Comcast.net Adds Mobile Entertainment Library to Site

Comcast.net has announced a partnership with Thumbplay to add a mobile entertainment library to its site which will allow users to download music, ringtones, videos, and games directly to their Comcast.net Mobile phones.

Comcast.net Offers More Than 100,000 Songs, Videos, Ringtones, and Games

Comcast.net Mobile provides information and entertainment such as news, weather, TV and movie listings, email, and search functions. The Thumbplay entertainment library will add an extensive collection of more than 100,000 pieces that can be accessed, automatically backed-up, and shared among friends using Facebook. Comcast.net customers have the option of downloading Thumbplay content to their mobile phones a la carte or through paid subscription-based credits.

Thumbplay features music content from some the of the world's largest entertainment companies including EMI, Sony BMG Music Entertainment, Universal Music Group, and Warner Music Group. The site also features game downloads such as The Dark Knight, Resident Evil -- Genesis, Crash Nitro Kart 2, and Jenga.
