Cox Communications Expands International Plans in Northern VA

Cox Communications has announced the launch of two enhanced international offerings to the residents of Fairfax. Cox customers in northern Virginia will now have access to 13 additional international digital channels as well as a low-rate calling plan to 16 countries in South Asia, China, Japan, the Philippines, and Europe.

Cox Communications Offers More Than 34 International Channels

The new Cox channel lineup offers a diverse range of content including the best South Asian (Sony TV and STAR India PLUS, STAR India GOLD, and STAR ONE), Asian (GMA Pinoy, CTI-Zhong Tian Channel, Phoenix North America Chinese Channel, TV Japan, and MYX), Russian-language (Channel 1 Russia and RTN), French (TV5MONDE), and Italian-language (RAITALIA) programming. With the new digital international programming, Cox customers have access to more than 34 international channels.

Cox International Premium Channels and Calling Plan Bundles

Cox viewers can choose from more than 250 all digital channels, over 100 free high definition (HD) programming choices, and the Cox On Demand library of more than 6,000 programs including movies, kid-friendly programming, sports, concerts, music videos, and more. Customers subscribing to one of the new international premium channels can bundle that with the Cox International 60 calling plan to reach people in South Asia, mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, the Philippines, and Europe. The calling plan includes 60 free minutes every month.
