Verizon Introduces New Interactive Features for New Jersey FiOS TV Customers

Verizon FiOS TV is introducing new interactive features for its customers in New Jersey. FiOS TV's innovative Interactive Media Guide (IMG), which already provides an unprecedented, next-generation video service, now also gives customers unique new features, including free casual games, purchasing power via remote control, more widgets that provide on-demand access to information and entertainment, and other exciting options.

Among the new FiOS TV Interactive Media Guide features now available in New Jersey are: the option to stream recorded HD video to six other TV sets throughout the home and watch three separately recorded shows on three sets at the same time; new channel sorting options to create two different lists of favorite channels; return to paused programming lets you pause live programs, change channels, and then return to the paused program and pick up where you left off; new free widgets for one-touch, on-demand access to local weather and traffic reports, sports headlines, community news, and horoscopes; instant upgrades; free casual games; video-on-demand performance enhancement; and more.

Verizon FiOS TV to Launch Additional IMG Features

Verizon is also planning to launch several other new Interactive Media Guide features in the future, including: Fantasy Football; My Videos; and remote DVR programming.
